Baby Gear Must-Haves

1. KeaBabies Baby Wrap Carrier

So soft, stretchy, and breathable — it feels like wearing a T-shirt. This was my go-to for soothing a fussy baby and getting things done hands-free. It’s easy to put on and get baby into. My baby loved being close and tagging along with my chores and tasks.

2. BabbleRoo Diaper Bag Backpack

This diaper bag has a place for everything. It comes with a changing pad, stroller straps, and even a pacifier case — huge bonuses. I especially loved how easily it clipped onto a stroller and stayed organized.

3. BabyTrend Snap-N-Go Stroller Frame

One of my favorite newborn items! It’s compact, lightweight, and works with ANY infant car seat! Easily folds up and pops open. It made doctor visits and errands so much simpler, has great storage underneath, and cup holders.

4. Pea Pod Baby Car Seat Cover

This cover Velcros closed and is breathable enough that baby never got too hot. Others are hard to put on or remove, or you have to remove it entirely to get to baby. This one is easy to flip open to check on baby, as well as getting baby in and out without removing the cover.

5. Graco SnugRide 35 Lite Infant Car Seat

Lightweight, safe, and budget-friendly. I used it until the weight max and never felt like it was too heavy to carry — even as a petite mom.

6. Evenflo Tribute LX Convertible Car Seat

This car seat lasted us nearly two years. It’s highly rated for safety and very affordable — a great next step after the infant seat.

7. Shopping Cart Cover

Perfect for grocery trips! It’s easy to throw over a cart one-handed, has toy loops, and gave me peace of mind about germs.

8. GFU 2-in-1 Infant Head & Body Support

Helped position my newborn’s head comfortably. We have even kept using the shoulder strap pads on long trips into the toddler years.

👚 Baby Clothes & Sleep Essentials

9. HALO SleepSack Wearable Blanket

We used this until about 18 months. It was the perfect transition out of swaddles — warm and safe without loose blankets.

10. Love to Dream Swaddle UP

The only swaddle my baby couldn’t escape! It lets babies sleep with arms up for self-soothing. Total game changer for sleep.

11. Skip Hop Silicone Pacifier Holder

Great for keeping pacifiers clean on the go. Easy to attach to diaper bags and just the right size. Also great for keeping pacifiers that have gotten dirty separate from clean.

12. Hospital-Grade Nasal Aspirator

My nurse must-have! When baby gets congested or sick, you’ll want this. It’s more effective than the bulb syringes and easy to clean. Pair with high quality infant nasal saline. Your baby will feel so much better!

🍼 Feeding Favorites

13. Boon Lawn Drying Rack + Accessories

Any bottle drying rack will dry your bottles. I loved this one because it looked cute on my counter!

14. Haakaa Fruit Feeder + Freezer Tray

Great for introducing solids and soothing sore gums. Baby loved this — perfect for chilled fruit or breastmilk popsicles.

15. Munchkin Microwave Bottle Sterilizer

Simple and fast — no boiling required. I used this daily for bottles and pacis.

16. Bear Baby Bottle Warmer

No more guessing temps! This makes warming bottles easy, especially during late-night feeds.

17. Instant Glass Water Warmer

Formula-feeding moms: this is a must, totally amazing. Instantly dispenses warm water at the perfect temp — no microwaves or boiling.

18. Boppy Nursing Pillow

Useful beyond nursing — I used it for support after my C-section, tummy time, and even sitting practice.

🛁 Bathing & Diapering Essentials

19. Badger Chamomile Baby Body Wash

I haven’t tried it yet, but love the clean, calming ingredients. Gentle enough for sensitive skin.

20. Angelcare Baby Bath Support

After trying a few bath seats, this one worked best. Lightweight, easy to clean, and comfy for baby.

21. Kneeler + Elbow Pad for Bath Time

Post-C-section, this was a lifesaver. No more sore knees or elbows at bath time!

22. Badger Diaper Rash Cream

Haven’t tried this exact one yet but love the soothing, organic ingredients. A clean alternative to conventional creams.

23. Pura Hypoallergenic Diapers

TCF, soft, and gentle. We use the pull-ups now and love the fit and ingredients — excited to use them for baby again.

🛏️ Sleeping & Bedding

24. Tri-Fold Pack and Play Mattress

Great for older babies once the bassinet insert is done. Folds easily and fits right into the pack and play carrying bag — ideal for travel!

25. Graco Day2Dream Pack 'n Play

One of my all-time favorite products. We used it from newborn through toddler years — bassinet, changing table, and travel crib in one.

26. Portable Baby Bouncer

Looking forward to using this with our next baby! Great for moving around the house with baby in tow.

27. Brown/White Noise Sound Machine

A true sleep lifesaver. Baby and toddler both sleep through fireworks, dogs barking, you name it. Bonus: it works as a great sleep cue.

🎉 Favorite Baby Toys

28. Baby Einstein Play Gym + Piano

Perfect for tummy time and sensory development. My little one loved the music and bright colors.

29. Baby Einstein 4-in-1 Learning Walker

A toy that grows with your child! My 3-year-old still enjoys playing with this. Great value.

30. Fisher-Price Blocks & Stacking Rings Set

Classic toys for a reason — we used these almost daily. Great for hand-eye coordination and simple, quiet play.

31. Wrist Rattles & Foot Finder Socks

Fun and engaging for babies learning body awareness. Adorable and stimulating.

32. Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Crib Soother

My baby loved this in and out of the crib. The gentle lights and music helped wind down at bedtime. Bonus: comes with a seashell shaped ON/OFF remote!

💬 Final Thoughts

There are so many baby products out there, but these are the ones that truly helped me navigate those early months (and years!) as a mom. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or building your registry, I hope this list brings clarity — and maybe even a little joy.
