So glad you’re here,

The name says it all: home is where I love to be most. I sometimes call myself a “wannabe stay-at-home mom” because while I still work night shifts as a nurse, my real joy comes from being home with my kids every day. It’s a labor of love (and a lot of coffee), but one that I wouldn’t trade.

I’m just beginning our homeschool journey with my preschooler, and I’ve found so much joy in creating simple, playful ways to learn together. Over time, I realized the activities, routines, and little systems I was making for my son could also encourage other moms — so I started sharing them here.

This space is where I share simple, meaningful ways to:

  • • support early learning through play and conversation
    • care for your home and family with gentle rhythms
    • nourish your children with real food and natural wellness
    • grow in faith and motherhood, one ordinary day at a time

I don’t write as an expert. I write as a mom in the middle of it with you — figuring it out one day at a time. I hope that this space feels like you’re sitting down with a friend who shares what’s working, what’s hard, and how we can make home the place we truly love to be.

Thank you for visiting megan.is.at.home
